How quickly do you post out?: If you want them instantly then select the download option - they will automatically come to your inbox. We post out gift vouchers the same day if ordered before 4pm. They go 1st class Royal Mail.
I've bought a gift voucher - what happens now?: We recommend booking your experience within 28 days of purchase so you get the widest choice of dates. The terms for each experience differs so please check your voucher, but most happen on a monthly basis or more. When you or your recipient redeem your gift voucher, you will see all the dates coming up. Dates are subject to change and occassionally may vary slightly to what is on your voucher. If you want to know dates before you buy the vouchers please drop us an email or have a look at our 'What's On' page bookings@indytute.com.
This is for me, not a gift. What do I do?: No problem. Please purchase through the website and then just get in touch by email bookings@indytute.com with your order number.
Can I change my experience?: If the experience hasn’t been redeemed then you can exchange for something else. Please email bookings@indytute.com with your order number.
I'm having trouble redeeming my gift voucher?: Please don't worry. Email bookings@indytute.com with your gift voucher number, there's usually a very quick fix. It usually just takes us a few hours to reply but please allow 48 hours.
How much is postage and packing?: £3.95 for our gift voucher cards or free if you select download.
How do I redeem my gift experience?: You can redeem your gift experience by visiting redeem.indytute.com
How do the gift experiences arrive?: There are two options. You can download your voucher and you'll get an email with the voucher after checkout. Or select the 'By Post' option. The vouchers will be posted out with Royal Mail. They come packaged in a very smart coloured sleeve with all the info you need about the lesson and your unique code.
Where do the experiences take place?: All our experiences happen in fantastic LONDON and Brighton locations.
What age are these gift experiences suitable for?: Our experiences are aimed at adults unless otherwise stated. Please check the experience as they all differ.
When do I need to register my gift experience voucher by?: We recommend that you book your space within 28 days so that you get a choice of dates. You need to register your voucher within 6 months of purchase to be booked on a date within 12 months of purchase.
Can I extend my gift experience voucher?: Unfortunately after two years of flexible extensions we can't extend vouchers beyond the terms on the vouchers. They must be registered within 6 months and booked on a day within 12 months. In some circumstances we will extend at a charge of 20% of the value of the voucher at purchase to cover our costs.
Can I get a refund?: Refunds are only offered to the buyer on gift experiences bought within 30 days of purchase. There are no refunds on gift cards. Please email bookings@indytute.com with your order number.
What if I can't make any of the dates?: We are happy to swap your gift for another experience of a similar value. Unfortunately we can not offer refunds.
Can I cancel or rearrange my booking?: Once your experience has been redeemed cancellations are not possible. Date changes are at the discretion of our experience partners. Most of our partners require at least 14 days notice to reschedule a date. But they always do their best to help.

Stuart Lang

The Indytute brand man and owner of We Launch. A man who loves discovering the new while being inspired by the craftsmen of old - from hand lettering artists in California and street artists in Brazil through to photographers in Glasgow and screenprinters in Dalston.
Clare Hastings

Calypso has been side by side with Clare since birth and has always been Chief Wordsmith (literally). Previously a stylist and costume designer. Clare started her career at Harpers and Queen magazine before freelancing for stills shoots and television commercials. Clare is currently perfecting her ukulele skills and finishing a book or two.

Marawa the Amazing

A globe-trotting World Record holding Hula Hoop, Jump Rope and skate master. Marawa holds ELEVEN world records including the fastest 100 metres in high heeled skates. Marawa and her Majorettes promise 'Ab's as hard as diamonds' in her brilliant Indytute experiences.
Liz Wilson

Liz Wilson is now a multi award winning baker. Her small, personal classes are run from her home kitchen where she teaches the skills of real bread making. Liz loves bread, and also thrives on the success of her pupils ‘there is this real ‘wow’ moment, when the bread comes out of the oven. The process is calming, satisfying and the smell is wonderful. I just love what I do’.
James Millar

Award-winning documentary photographer. Usually found hiding in the Belize jungle teaching students safari photography, The Indytute have nabbed him to show you how to snap the sights of Shoreditch. Recently wed to our brilliant ukulele maestro, Tricity Vogue. We'd like to say they met in the Indytute staffroom.. but they er, didn't.
Scott Cupit

Scott Cupit is our friendly London-based Aussie who has had a love affair with swing dancing since 1998. He has over 2000 people in London regularly swing dancing and has been seen dancing on an empty plinth in Trafalgar Square and sealing the deal with Deborah Meaden on Dragons' Den.
Alyson Mowat

Founder of the terribly stylish company, Botanique Boutique, and our go to girl for a Kokedama. A women on a mission to put lush, verdant, jungles into botanically bereft homes. Join Alyson in her studio for a fabulous Terrarium or Jarrarium evening.
Olav Stahl

He is currently head coach for the one of the biggest table tennis companies in the UK. So whether you're a beginner who doesn't know your bat from the paddle, or you yearn to stun them by the swimming pool with your killer smash, Olav is the man for you.

The Indytute have yet to find out what prompted this career path, but if you want to learn the Guitar you couldn’t get instruction from a more knowledgeable source.
