What will I be doing in this class?
Skipping - officially one of the most effective fat burning workouts, ten minutes of skipping gives you same health benefits as a 45 minute run, and so much more fun. Everyone thinks they can skip, but it takes coordination, so if you want to get off on the right foot and not end up in knots then this skipping workshop will have you twirling through a double under with a criss cross on the side. Jump into shape with a skipping rope, work those legs and tone your core whilst listening to carnival tunes - this is the best way to have fun and get fit with friends!
