I've bought a gift voucher - what happens now?
We recommend booking your experience within 28 days of purchase so you get the widest choice of dates. The terms for each experience differs so please check your voucher, but most happen on a monthly basis or more. When you or your recipient redeem your gift voucher, you will see all the dates coming up. Dates are subject to change and occassionally may vary slightly to what is on your voucher. If you want to know dates before you buy the vouchers please drop us an email or have a look at our 'What's On' page bookings@indytute.com.
This is for me, not a gift. What do I do?
No problem. Please purchase through the website and then just get in touch by email bookings@indytute.com with your order number.
Can I change my experience?
If the experience hasn’t been redeemed then you can exchange for something else. Please email bookings@indytute.com with your order number.
I'm having trouble redeeming my gift voucher?
Please don't worry. Email bookings@indytute.com with your gift voucher number, there's usually a very quick fix. It usually just takes us a few hours to reply but please allow 48 hours.
How much is postage and packing?
£3.95 for our gift voucher cards or free if you select download.
How do I redeem my gift experience?
You can redeem your gift experience by visiting redeem.indytute.com
How do the gift experiences arrive?
There are two options. You can download your voucher and you'll get an email with the voucher after checkout. Or select the 'By Post' option. The vouchers will be posted out with Royal Mail. They come packaged in a very smart coloured sleeve with all the info you need about the lesson and your unique code.
Where do the experiences take place?
All our experiences happen in fantastic LONDON and Brighton locations.
What age are these gift experiences suitable for?
Our experiences are aimed at adults unless otherwise stated. Please check the experience as they all differ.
When do I need to register my gift experience voucher by?
We recommend that you book your space within 28 days so that you get a choice of dates. You need to register your voucher within 6 months of purchase to be booked on a date within 12 months of purchase.
Can I extend my gift experience voucher?
Unfortunately after two years of flexible extensions we can't extend vouchers beyond the terms on the vouchers. They must be registered within 6 months and booked on a day within 12 months. In some circumstances we will extend at a charge of 20% of the value of the voucher at purchase to cover our costs.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds are only offered to the buyer on gift experiences bought within 30 days of purchase. There are no refunds on gift cards. Please email bookings@indytute.com with your order number.
What if I can't make any of the dates?
We are happy to swap your gift for another experience of a similar value. Unfortunately we can not offer refunds.
Can I cancel or rearrange my booking?
Once your experience has been redeemed cancellations are not possible. Date changes are at the discretion of our experience partners. Most of our partners require at least 14 days notice to reschedule a date. But they always do their best to help.
