What to expect?

Katsu is the Japanese method used to coat meat or vegetables in breadcrumbs. This recipe uses traditional panko that give a light, crisp coating and authentic flavour to this delicious curry. A sharp colourful pickle made from wakame seaweed, radishes and cucumber cuts through the curry perfectly and is accompanied by short grain rice.
