Nowhere is the melting pot of London better represented than in the East End. The area has been an arrival point for communities from around the world for centuries. It is a vibrant, international food hub, home to some of England’s best South Asian restaurants and delis, and you won’t find a better place to buy a bagel!

This is a 3-hour food tour, stopping at six locally run businesses, where you will be tasting their dishes and hearing their stories. From the traditional fish and chips and jellied eels to European delis and Asian pop-ups, this historic setting provides the perfect backdrop for a morning of delicious food and memorable tales.

You will be exploring Shoreditch, Brick Lane, and Spitalfields, areas made infamous by Jack the Ripper in the late 19th century, and he’s just a small part of the story. Your local guide will be sharing their knowledge of everything that is weird and wonderful about the East End.

Expect some seriously good food. Vegetarians, remember to let the team know when you book in so you don’t miss out. You won’t go hungry; in fact, forget breakfast. This tour will be feeding you the equivalent of a large lunch. So come prepared to eat, eat, eat and discover the East End bite by bite.
