TELL ME MORE
Meet 'Kathleen'. It is considered only polite to name your still. Gin distillers like to create a connection with their copper pot stills, and for some reason, the names are usually female. Of course this is more than just equipment; this is a beautiful 'double sphere' copper still. The gin is produced in small batches, using traditional skills and natural ingredients.
This is family gin, which began on a fruit farm over 30 years ago, when fruity liqueurs and sloe gin were sold as a sideline, with considerable success. Now some years on, the next generation have taken over the distillery and perfected the gin recipe. 6 O'Clock Gin is award-winning and celebrated for its distinctive smoothness and clean taste.
This gin tour is in the top 10% of all TripAdvisor listings and has won the Travellers' Choice Award for three consecutive years. This is a journey through time and taste, and at the core of the tour is the art of storytelling. So bring the bottles to life, learn about the history of gin and this gin in particular. Distilled.
