WHAT'S THIS ALL ABOUT?

A great experience for blues lovers, budding musicians or anyone looking for a new transportable hobby.

WHAT WILL I BE LEARNING?

During this 90-minute class you’ll get to grips with the three Bs: Breath, Bars and Blues – and discover the correct way to hold the harmonica. Learn to play a single note and ‘harmonica train’, master chords and a three-bar blues riff, and improvise with a blues jam.

THE ALL IMPORTANT DETAILS

Harmonicas are not provided on the day, so you’ll need to bring a 10-hole diatonic in the key of C. Names to look out for are Hohner, Lee Oskar, Seydel and Suzuki. Each class caters for a minimum of four and maximum of 15 people and takes place in Shoreditch, London. Classes take place on Saturdays roughly once every six weeks, and run for 1.5 hours. Book for either one or two people.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

All you have to do is pay for the gift experience you wish to purchase. We’ll send a voucher including booking information to you or directly to the recipient. You or your recipient needs to check the information on the voucher and book your experience date.

I bought this experience for my dads birthday. He sometimes randomly buys things for him self and a while back decided that he needed to own some harmonicas (having never learnt or played one ‍♀️) and they have just been sat in a draw ever since so when I saw the course I thought it would be perfect for him!
