WHAT'S THIS ALL ABOUT?
Muggles this way.
You are about to walk into the wizarding world of the Harry Potter movies, and see the sights that inspired J.K. Rowling. This is about discovering the stories behind the magic. You will be going inside New College, one of the two main Oxford colleges that feature as Harry Potter locations. The cloisters provide the backdrop for Goblet of Fire, and there is also a rather famous tree where Malfoy was turned into a ferret. Yes, you'll see it all on this tour.
But it's not only about the locations. You will learn about the key cast members who now call Oxford their home town, and also hear about the real people behind her iconic characters.
TELL ME MORE
It's all terribly Hogwarts. The dining room scenes were filmed in Christ Church but you will have to go on the walk to see the location that inspired those shrunken heads on the night bus in the Prisoner of Azkaban. Many major blockbuster films have been shot in the city, and you will be hearing about those too - and there will definitely be photo ops.
This is a shared tour, but you can also book a private tour just for you and other muggle friends.
