WHAT'S THIS ALL ABOUT?

Maybe you would like a ring to fit your thumb or you want a custom design. Fingers forward as you start to get to grips with some rather exciting techniques.

This is a two hour class, led by an expert jeweller. A glass of fizz helps you keep a steady hand and calm any hand tremors, or you are more than welcome to BYOB.

When you have completed your design on paper, you will move on to making the actual ring. It may look a bit blue at this stage of the process, but that’s only the colour of jewellery wax. Don’t panic.

You might want to add a bit of sparkle to your ring? Birthstones, gemstones, or wording can all be incorporated into your design. Gold plating?  Bring it on. Rose Gold or even solid 9ct gold. You choose. These extras do cost a bit more, but this ring won’t be leaving your finger anytime soon.

When the class is over, your bespoke creation will be taken to the workshop and cast in sterling silver ready to be posted out to you. Note ‘post’. You can’t wear it to the after party, you have to delay gratification. All the more exciting when you unwrap the box.

These classes take place in either Brighton or Islington, and are run by ‘Posh Totty’, a company who specialise in personalised jewellery, so hand-made, hand-drawn and hand-stamped is absolutely their area of expertise.

• Class Size - Brighton 1-18 people and islington 1-10 people.
• Glass of fizz included
• Optional 9ct gold or rose gold plating is available for an additional £10 charge and you can also hand-stamp your ring with your chosen personalisation and add precious birthstones at £35 each.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

All you have to do is pay for the gift experience you wish to purchase. We’ll send a voucher including booking information to you or directly to the recipient. You or your recipient needs to check the information on the voucher and book your experience date. We ask that the voucher is registered in 6 months and booked on a date within 12 months of purchase.
