This sauna experience is based in the heart of Crosby Coastal Park, the gateway to the Mersey Estuary.  An area of outstanding natural beauty, it’s the ideal way to destress and take in the scenery as you heat up in an authentic Scandinavian, handcrafted, wood-fired (yes, logs) sauna.

Take the recommended fifteen minutes of heat, and then choose to plunge into a tin tub filled with icy water, or simply cool off and relax before going back into the warmth.  Book a 50-minute sauna and cold plunge just for yourself, or gather a group and go all out for a private session (up to six people).  There’s a small changing area and a place to store your belongings within the sauna.  This isn’t a tucked-away-in-the-corner kind of sauna.  It’s all about location, location, location—so sit back and relish the view.
