WHAT'S THIS ALL ABOUT?
If you have a glam whisky library as an integral part of your restaurant, then it would seem churlish not to run a whisky masterclass. La Bibliotheque takes whisky seriously. In this class you will be taken on a journey around the globe, through the main whisky producing regions and countries. Each country has a style and you will learn how their style evolved and developed over the centuries.
Five premium whiskies will be sampled, ranging between luxury whisky maker Macallan, discontinued Pappy Van Winkle, world famous Japanese whisky Hibiki and exclusive up and coming whisky makers such as Taiwanese Kavalan and English whisky maker The Lakes.
This is a world whisky journey that’s in a class of its own.
Upon arrival you will be given a Toki highball as a chaser before the main event, along with some rather delicious snacks, created to compliment the tasting.
