Yoga offers us many therapeutic techniques & tools that can help us:

- manage physical discomfort, aches pains or injuries

- unravel unhelpful patterns of thought
- mitigate mental and emotional distress
But it can be difficult to know which yoga styles or techniques will suit us best and it can be really challenging to embed these practices into daily life. Even more so when working from home.
Our Yoga For You Experience comprises an online session with qualified yoga therapist & experienced yoga teacher, Molly.
Based on your goals, and schedule, Molly designs you a therapeutic, personalised practice that helps you move towards your chosen wellbeing outcomes and that slots seamlessly into your routine.
The experience begins with you submitting a detailed form around your intentions. This enables Molly to for your in person, online session.
During the live session, you’ll chat through your form & then you'll then be guided through a personalised sequence of yoga poses, breath-work and meditation designed specifically for you. You'll practice your bespoke sequence twice; filming the sequence the second time around, so after the one to one session you’ll have a film to guide your home practice.

THE ALL IMPORTANT DETAILS
Your session is 120 minutes and suitable for all levels of experience, all ages, all bodies. Your private session takes place via Zoom, at a time that’s mutually convenient to you & Molly.
