As a mum of daughters navigating the ups and downs of device addiction, I know how hard it can be to disconnect. Tech companies go out of their way to stop you taking a break and design products to keep you hooked.
The relentless pressure of social media streaks and app challenges can make it feel impossible to go even 24 hours device free.That’s why I make it a point to escape London for a break in nature a few times a year.
